2018 Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study was approved by NTF Board of Directors at the special meeting of 12/5/2018. The study received final approval by the Placer County Board of Supervisors on January 29, 2019.

Alpine Springs Water County District Annual Facilities and Mitigation Fee Expenditure Plan Update

2021 Facilities and Mitigation Expenditure Plan was approved by the ASCWD Board of Directors at the regular board meeting on 10/8/2021. The plan received final approval from the Placer Co. Board of Supervisors at the 11/9/2021 meeting. The mitigation fee increase will be effective on 1/1/2022.
